Hmm.. I dont think there are any commercial banks in that building. Definitely not Bank of East Asia cuz they hv their own building in Central. However, I do think there are many investment banks there at the IFC. But the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (equiv to the US's Central Bank) sits on the top floors.

With the license plate colors, I think that's how it is in Great Britain so we followed (being a colony of GB back then and all). In China, I believe it is blue back ground with white numbers. As to the Lexus....I only cared for the chick, but you're right, should've taken more pics of HER !!!

 

i know the great britain thing but why white and yellow ? it's hard to imagine three guys, probably three cameras but only couple of that chick's pics .

 

Oh, when I took them pics of the girl, we already parted. It was so jammed with ppl so I only took two quickies.
