Rody, I admire your thoughtfullness to always make sure we take care of the important peoples..
I have raffle tickets that I was gonna hand out at the meet but now I'm thinking we'll just throw everyone's name badge into a bag/box and pick names from there.

I think its only fair that each attending member gets one chance for the raffles. Still not bad since there are probably at least 30 of us attending with 10 prizes to win.

I just wanted to thank everyone for being so thoughtful and including us on some of the swag from the meet! I wish I could be there in person but the damn Gulfstream is down for some scheduled engine overhauls...
Thanks again guys!

So are we meeting at Cal Poly or the Marriot @ 11AM? I think Cal Poly would be more accommodating for picture opportunities.

We initially thought about meeting at Cal Poly but didn't want to risk the chance of an over ambitious school security guard harrassing or kicking us off the campus. Also, the lots that Keith had in mind was a bit far off from the common areas so if people needed to use restrooms or something, it would be a hassle.
Worse case is we can probably stop at the Courtyard and then drive to the campus for some quick picks. It's only a few miles away.

Sounds good, I should probably change my check-in time to the morning then.

Most hotels usually will give you a standard check in time of 3pm. That gives them time to clean rooms for guests who are supposed to check out at 11am or 12pm. Since it's a weekend and I know this hotel caters more to business travelers during the week, they should have some already cleaned and vacant rooms that morning when we arrive so I'm sure some of us can check in; maybe even all of us.
