Hey Guys, I need to be crystal clear about something. Most of you have PM-ed me directly with your confirmation for this trip and I have signed a guaranteed contract for the lunch restaurant.
IF ANY CONFIRMED PEOPLE BAILS OUT ON THIS TRIP, THE REST OF US WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR TAB.
I realize unforseen circumstances can arise at any time but I just want everyone to understand your commitments. If you look at the list on page 42, I have 38 confirmed members with a total of 62 people participating for lunch (members and their guests). IF ANYTHING CHANGES, EVEN YOUR GUEST COUNT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY FEB 29TH. I've confirmed 60 people for lunch but can make some adjustments by the 29th.
