I have yet to hear back from the following people to get confirmation of headcount:

I've sent PMs to everyone on Fri morning so please reply ASAP so I can move forward with the planning. From the replies so far (28) we have the following headcounts (members + guests):
1) Lunch: 46
2) Wine Tasting: 29 (Others will go but will not do tasting)
3) Dinner: 25
4) Hotel: 14
For dinner, I think we will be doing Thai Palace (recommended by SLORider). I've also left messages for couple of hotels and will probably hear back from them tomorrow but I really need a firmer headcount to negotiate pricing and reserve the appropriate number of rooms.
If any of you guys personally know anyone who hasn't replied from the above list, please help me out by contacting them and letting them know I'm waiting for their response.

2) Baileyanna winery for wine tasting and bocce ball
3) Wheel Power sponsorship with free mounting & balancing for a set of tires/wheels (tires/wheels don't have to be purchased from WP) and 20% discount voucher
4) Cajun Crab House in San Jose sponsoring with dinner for two package.
I still need to hear back from about 14 people from the list above.

ECF - pls add bugawako (Bern - 650i vert) to the list. Just confirmed he'll be driving down too. I'm confirming solo as well. We'll be heading out in the afternoon and won't be staying overnight to take all your poker money.
