The caravan will leave @ 6:45-7:00 am from the GELSON'S meeting point and rendezvous with our fellow E60'ers @ the Hope St gathering spot in SB. E60er's from San Diego, OC or in between, will need to leave at the appropriate time to meet up before the L.A. group heads out. Googlemaps shows 1 hr 15mins from the San Fernando Valley.

That was another place that was freeway friendly. It doesn't matter to me. I was trying to consider the peeps that live further out then North Hollywood, I know there are some in Calabasas, Thousand Oaks etc...

Below is the other location. The smaller lot is a private business and i'm not sure if it'll be available for us. The larger lot is Gelson's and will accomodate a very large group.

The other thought is to gather as the E60 group and drive with the Bimmerfest caravan. There are hundreds of BMW's gathering behind the Ross store in Sherman Oaks. We could drive as a huge group and meet with our NorCal E60 bretheren at the Santa Barbara meeting point (before entering the fairgrounds).

Need people to chime in about where to meet.

That large group is leaving at approx 7:00 am. If we leave AT 7:00 am or a few mins before...we can miss them, if that's what the group wants.

 

I think even if you guys end up mixed in with that main caravan, just make sure to avoid the main exit of Las Positas road where everyone will exit for the showgrounds. Take the Hope St exit and meet up with us.

 

Absolutely will meet with you @ the Hope st. location in SB. I'm surprised more peeps aren't coming up on Saturday (so far).

There was 20 or 25 for the SLO Meet, I was expecting similar numbers. Glad you mentioned that.
