Funny thing happened this morning upon arriving in Santa Barbara. All 10 or 11 SoCal E60's exited Hope St, turned left into the empty mall parking lot, and car by car pulled into a spot and parked in a row. When i stepped out of my car to gaze at the E60's, bimmers of all types were filing into the lot, one after another - The FOOLS had followed us off of the freeway and into the lot and got out of their cars! There must have been an additional 35+ cars. Did they think Bimmerfest was taking place in the Macy's lot??

It was really great to meet you all Friday night and today. You have some nice cars. I'm jealous. Maybe, when mine grows up (2005 530i CPO), it can hang with yours. Of course, I won't be able to walk to the next meet & greet so I guess I will have to bring it out of hiding. Hope you all enjoyed Santa Barbara.

None of us got tickets, but plenty others did. There was a sh**load of CHP out there, we kept an eye out for them and communicated with radios when we spotted 'em.
We also had an accident happen a few cars in front of us and we all drove over wreckage!! those involved seemed ok, but it was a strong reminder to drive safe. Missed you out there E!
