ok, guys, here's the deal:
the majority of the food - meat and some sides - I'll be bringing along with another member (volunteers are accepted, John )
As for drinks and any specialty items you might require - its on you! So, if you want veggie hot dogs, you gotta get them yourself. If you're fine with the menu that we'll setup, just bring some beverages and money Speaking of the money, what we'll do is buy all the supplies and then divide by the number of people present and that's what each person will pay back.
The only real issue that I haven't figured out a solution for yet is the grill(s) - I NEED someone from NJ to bring a Weber or two - we don't need any fancy grills, nothing crazy - just a plain old regular Weber will do. Two will be better - judging by how many people we have.
Another ooption is each brings their own grill, food, beverages and supplies, but that's kinda counter-productive, considering that some memebers simply cannot haul stuff. And considering that there'll only be maybe about 30-40 people total (that's tops, I'm estimating), it just doesn't make sense - we might as well all eat together - that'll make it feel more like a "meet".
