Nice. Glad it wasn't something major Michael or else those amazing DPE deals I've been hearing about may not be so amazing anymore.

Glad it's fixed Michael. And glad it wasn't the tranny.

Yeah me too. Thing is my mechanic never charges me for anything because I help him with his website. I guess I'll tip him $100 or something.

Thanks everyone for making this meet a success! Also thanks to all of the sponsors for the great raffle prizes!

Glad to hear everything worked out for you Michael (especially with the trannies). So you were able to get it towed without having the cardholders show up in person?

Hey guys, I was checking my bank account and noticed that the hotel charged me more than whats on the receipt! I was suppose to pay $166.88 but they charged me for $190.00...I left a voice mail with the manager to call me...Just a FYI to check your account and make sure they didn't do it to you...I'm sure they will fix this...

I noticed the same exact charge to my account yesterday. I called them and they (Megan, who also took our E60.net reservations) assured me that the $190 was just a deposit to hold the room via credit card. Even though I told her that I paid with cash on Sunday during checkout she said that the $190 will drop from your account, not sure when, but I better not see that shit go through. It would've been nice for someone there to let us know that the $190 will linger in our accounts for a few days, especially for those of us who paid it off during checkout.

good to know, will keep an eye out for the charges. usually the holds hotel put on usually go away within 48 to 72 hours. let's hope they don't charge the full amount.
