Okay guys, Fred and I finally touched base and agreed to have the meeting place be at CarLab at 9am sharp. That way jiio can get his V1 hardwire before the drive. I think CoolTones and Freed0m are doing something to their cars also.

CarLab's address is 670 Nuttman St #101-102, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

We'll then take the drive around 10-10:30 and end up at Santana Row. For lunch, I'd like your vote on either Asian-Fusion, Mexican, Italian, or Pizza (in decending price from the restaurants I have in mind). Let me know by noon tomorrow if possible so I can make reservations.

Thanks.

Tony
One for Asian-Fusion.

Why does this make me think of Eric's thoughts on what you can store in the E60 trunk....and we aren't talking golf bags here.....damn, Jiio...now you are starting to worry me!
You should see the label I have in my trunk. Lists perfectly how many can fit...

Actually, the place I'm thinking of (Sino) will be serving dim sum in the afternoon and I heard it's pretty good. http://www.sinorestaurant.com/ The front bar lounge area is swanky.

Ok, here is the plan:
9:00am - 10:00am: Greet and Meet at CarLab
10:00am - 11:30am: Drive
11:30am: Meet together and have lunch at Santana Row
1:00pm: Time to say good bye
We'll stick to the plan because we have some members leave quite early. Please be on time, so we don't have any delay.

Drive: Leave at CarLab at 10:00am go 101 South and take 880 South which becomes 17 South. Exit Bear Creek Rd/Montevia Rd.
Drive on Bear Creek Rd eastbound for roughly 13 miles. At the end of the road is Hwy 9. Take Hwy 9 North and drive for another 18 miles which becomes Saratoga Ave to Stevens Creek Blvd to go to Satana Row.

This mountain road is quite winding, please drive responsively and carefully.
We'll have fun, everyone!

Here is the driving map:

Hey Mark, you should join jiio at the car wash couple miles from CarLab. The open at 7am. haha

Okay guys. I booked lunch reservations for 16 (figured to book for more rather than less) at 12 noon at Sino.

See you all tomorrow at CarLab!!
