Helllooooo my peeopleeessss!!
From the other threads started by my530i, we've determined Aug 12th to be the date for the next Bay Area Meet.
I'm actually unclear of the location, activities and time so I'm looking for suggestions. I've always favored Santana Row as that's the main happening spot in my area. I was also thinking we could drop by CarLab as there are a few of us that are good customers of theirs. As for a drive, Highway 9 from Saratoga to Santa Cruz is a famous winding road but it's a long road through the mountains with hardly any stopping points. Unless we take Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz which is still a windy but more open road with more stopping points. I'll give it more thought.
So who's in??????????????

ECF, do you think Livermore has better winding road? I prefer long drive. Santa Cruz 17 is nothing compared to Angelus Crest that we had in SoCal. I'll try to find out and let you guys know.

Thanks for setting this up!
Maybe one suggestion for the drive might be to come off Hwy 17 onto Bear Creek Rd and head through the mountains towards Boulder Creek. Took it to play golf up at Boulder Creek a while back and it's a nice winding road, maybe 12 to 15 miles of twisties if I recall correctly? Either way I remember it was a nice drive. Skyline Boulevard is always a favorite too.
