I am 97% sure it is a VW Jetta with different door handles.

I think the web page title at the bottom right "Betta Jetta.com" is a good clue...

Yeah... I missed that. haha. I instantly thought jetta and spent about 2 minutes looking at jetta pics in google images. then when i came back to this thread to respond and clearly saw two VWs next to it, i thought "duh". Funny thing is there was a bigger hint right in front of me that i missed.

I did check out betta jetta, which is a horrible site. looks like the first website i made when i was 14. I did find this pic:
