For the first time I was stuck in snow and ice today with my BMW.
It took four women and one man to get my out of my jam. Thanks to them!

Today I wished a had spikes on my winters. But only once in 20 years or will this be every year do to the climate change?
This is now the 3rd year in a row over here with lots of snow and ice.

But that was nothing compared to the + 300 crashes in the Helsinki area today.
Yeah, we are used to cold and snow, but today was too much.
It has been about - 20 C for a week now, so all roads are icy, but today we got
a blizzard with some 10 cm of snow on top of the ice. The visibilty was about 20 yards.

Here's some examples of what happened:

That is so tru. I just wonder how stupid the Finnish people are. Actually more than 280 cars crashed.

In a traditionally snowy Finland we have had 3 very bad winters in a row. But no, no brainwork.

Folks have now a lot of 4-wheel drive cars with DSC and airbags etc... and they think that those will save them.
