just a little something to help y'all get up this morning:

It has come to my attention that most people don't get a proper meal to start the day off right. Doctors agree that having a good proper breakfast daily is key to being healthy and maintaining a good form. And seeing how some of you (skelevirus' name comes to mind for some reason...
) have been getting bent outta shape, I decided to cook up a nice hearty meal for your "minds" this morning:
and to illustrate the importance of breakfast, please welcome:
and for all of you, who loved those "Got Milk?" commercials, here's a really weird shot I've dug up.
I suppose it somehow loosely corresponds with fresh milk and/or yogurt in the morning, but you be the judge of that:
