The thing about the the M45 and the GS is, you get a ton more for less, Tech-wise. japanese engineering is techy and cool, but German engineering is in its own class. my car has just as much room and is just as comfortable as the GS or M, but will out corner, out accelerate, all over out perform the GS and M. and the twin turbos sound like a jet spooling up. do i wish my car had electroluminecent guages? yes... do i wish i had touch screen nav? yes... but then i look at my car and its visual perfection, then i get in and my comfort seats close in around my torso and i start thinking i made the right choice, then as i come around the on ramp on to the highway, i know that without a doubt, i got the right car for me

Why: I was looking at an E46 or E90 and came across the E60 and thought it was gorgeous. In college my grandfather had an E38 that I drove and just loved it and knew I wanted a BMW. I used to have an E35.

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
