Whatever happened to SUEBMW??

I was wondering whatever happened to SUEBMW. This owner chimed in with every problem imaginable - bad tranny, bad engine, interior sucks, the entire car was falling apart. The dealer was of no assistance, according to the owner. The only option left was a lawsuit, hence the SUEBMW name. Have I missed something, did this just go away?

I'm not sure if I believe SUEBMW...looking back through the posts, EVERY single response is in a problem thread saying "We have the EXACT same problem on our car!" for literally every possible problem. It's just not possible.

I bet SUE was rolling down the road in the old e60one day; door seals flapping, engine ticking, back seat bouncing, active steering failing, dunlops roaring, anti-trap function functioning, paint chipping, and transmission slamming . . . . . .
When . . . . . all of a sudden ----- POOF!!!!!!!!!!! The whole car and SUE suddenly disentegrated into tiny little Bavarian pieces?
What a fitting end. Done in by the ULTIMATE warranty problem. Spontaneous vehicular disentegration.
Just a guess.
