Guess not, if they would be really that big, you could see the blood-vessels streaming through her boobs.
That is because the weight of those boobs would impose such a strain, that the blood-vessels would be visable. But there is always such a thing as photo-shop, either to enhance the breasts or to cover the blood-vessels.
No, I'm not a doctor but a girlfriend told/showed me this things ones, she had really large boobs and got the same problem with the blood-vessels being visable. She got them smaller later on.
