Easy . . . I am a Steeler fanatic who grew up in and around Pittsburgh and the Steelers won 4 Lomabrdis in 6 years, so the chant was One For The Thumb (in 1980). When I became "connected" to cyber space in the 90's the Steelers had not yet acquired that elusive one for the thumb, so I adopted it as my screen name in the handful of forums I frequent.
Of course, the Steelers have managed to now win 2 additional Lombardi Trophies, and I have no desire to change my screen name to One4theMiddleFinger.
