be careful with a birds uk link posted on this forum, I think it's called "when we get bored with our 530d's" or something like that. I tried to access the site but couldn't get in, then experienced an attack on my pc from this site. It was detected and blocked by my firewall but if you don't have this you may well have picked up a "transfer" virus. Not sure what this does - will look it up on the Norton site

Holy crap! Sorry guys, this is a totally legit BMW dealer that does the Hartge upgrades in the South of England. I wouldn't have posted it up if I'd known anything like that :(

This isn't anything to do with the authenticity of Birds UK. They may well be victim of this virus as well.

I can find anything at the Symantec site on this virus.

Thanks for the warning. I've exchanged emails with them and they seem totally legit. Plus, I used my corporate email account and I know that our IT guys have more virus checking on the server and my laptop than you can shake a stick at. So far, not problems from their emails or web site.
