My cousin bought a pink limited edition and her husband bought a silver one in HK couple months ago. I guess they look classic and very stable feel to it. But, tell you the truth, I think watches is timeless, BMW e39 is timeless, a vintage LV suit case is timeless, but electronic technologies are not, especially cellphone. All I can say is it's freakin expensive and I personally believe in spending smart and will not buy this "Nokia" Just my opinion.
When I come to think of it, I notice a different between United State and HK, I know Vertu is very popular in HK, carries in high end jewerly shops, that's the trend we don't have in the State, but again, who's gonna buy ipod like we do in the State? It's just different trend in different country, do you agree?

yes I think so too different trend in different country.
I dont think people will spend that much on a phone.
I know some 1 and had the Vertu about $15,400us and he lost it in the taxi, LOL on that day he just got a new 1 right away, that is how mad HK people are on spending.
BUT China now is even worse on spending, they dont even think about what they buy.

well if people know HK 37years ago, they just spend there money on any thing that is in the trend. They dont even think about if they realy need it, or going to use it.
right now that is what China is doing, they are the best people to get money from.
if you got 1, I have to have 1 even if I dont use it, that how they think right now.
I know a guy in China who got a 2 Ferrai and he dont know how to drive becouse he frend got 1.
There a other case is a person just buy the car cos they cost alot, have no taste in design.

To be honest, that phone looks like it would have been cool in 1985. Looks like a waste of money. It's not aesthetically pleasing and it kind of looks like a phone from a few generations back.

I am sure that happens everywhere among the rich. So let's not make any stereo type statement.

Very true, the whole country are booming, because of that, many people made it big the past 10yrs. It's just natural, if I won the lotto, I will do the same, buy couple houses, buy cars just to sit there, you get the point
