I work right next to the USAA HQ, the place is massive.

haha. it has to be. they dont have any branches. they probably have a thousand bank tellers sitting in front of computers.

I don't use USAA bank but have been using them for auto and homeowners coverage for years. They do a great job and were particularly strong after Katrina...

My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.

Where do you work at? I use to go to UTSA and that was right next to a USAA place, but I don't know if that was the HQ. Though there were a sh*t load of cars that would come pouring out of there everyday!

I wish I could use USAA, I'd give up Bank of America in a hearbeat for it

Used to be only those of us who have served our country or who have lineage who have could be members of USAA. Now I think they allow others, who have not served, but the rates and benefits are different. I may be wrong on this and apologize if I am.
