Well, my first BMW, the 2004 545 is being sold. 
Couldn't just leave the car parked on the street, used only sporadically by the Mrs. Brother of a good friend giving her a good home up in Dallas. It is fun to see his excitement at his first BMW, and oh what a car he is getting... If only I had a garage to properly store it during its down time!

I understand the attachment completely kscarrol...getting rid of my 2004 car was a bittersweet day because the SMG was such fun to drive. I will say (and I'm sure you'll agree) that the new sport automatic is a great substitute and after adjusting to the differences between the two cars, I'm extremely happy and have no regrets with the "upgrade" to the 2008 car...
