Exclamation

Rudy gave me a good idea....

Just a few quotes from Mitch Hedberg who left the place all too soon. If you get the chance download some of his stuff on iTunes or get his CD.

Below is courtesy of Wikipedia

* Is a hippopotamus a hippopotamus, or just a really cool Opotamus?

* I got an ant farm. Them fellas didn't grow shit. I said, "You f-rs don't farm! C'mon, what about some carrots? I like carrots. Plus if I tore your legs off, you would look like tiny snowmen."

* Fish are always eating other fish. If fish could scream, the ocean would be loud as s**t. You would not want to submerge your head, nothing but fish going "AWWWW F**k! I thought I looked like that rock!"

* I bought myself a parrot. The parrot talked. But it did not say, "I'm hungry." So it died.

* It's weird: People say they're not like apes. Now how do you explain football then?

* I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. "Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here."

I think pickles are cucumbers that sold out. They sold their soul to the devil... and the devil was Dill.

* I think foosball is a combination of soccer and shish kabobs.

* Foosball messed up my perception of soccer. I thought you had to kick the ball and then spin 'round and round. I can't do a back flip, much less several... simultaneously with two other guys... that look just like me.

* I wish I could play Little League now... I'd kick some arse. I'd be way better than before. Who's back-up now?

* The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how much you play, you'll never be as good as a wall. I played a wall once, they're f000g relentless.

All McDonalds commercials end the same way: "prices and participation may vary." I want to open my own McDonalds and not participate in anything. I want to be a stubborn McDonalds owner. "Cheeseburgers? Nope. We got spaghetti!...And blankets. But we are not affiliated with that clown, he attracts too many children."

If you've never actually heard Mitch deliver some of the above lines, you owe it to yourself to find a way to hear/watch him. The jokes are funny but even funnier the way he delivers them... (If you have Sirius, you can usually hear Mitch on Raw Dog.)

We miss you Mitch!! :'(

No too sure. He was only 37 I think. The stories I found only stated he had a heart attack. Really sad. :'(
