Pretty busy intersection! But you can see that the video is running about 2-3 times normal speed. You can tell by watching the people that are walking. Otherwise, I think we'd definitely see some accidents if that were the normal speed.

In Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), it was like that back in 1998. You can see about 4 deaths a day from traffic accidents just driving around the city. I don't think traffic problem has improve since. :thumbsdown: A life is worth about $1000 US dollars.
