The problems with it are:
Customers need to be in the car while towing (illegal in some countrys and dangerous)
No space for all you additional equipment (tools, jump start battery, paperwork)
Too many moving pieces that need service
Towing speed: max = 30 Km/h => 19 mph !
Nice idea, but just a "toy"!
