I'm down in North Carolina this week visiting clients with one of my sales reps and we drove from Winston-Salem to Raleigh today. I counted 23 State Troopers that I passed facing my direction or pulling people over on my side of the highway. I was floored! I was driving 95 in my Hertz Altima but immediately slowed down to 80 for the rest of the way, as I didn't have my V1 with me. I'm shocked at how many State Troopers I saw. And they all use Ka band. How do I know? I ate at Lexington BBQ for lunch (RIDICULOUS BBQ and AMAZING Pork Skins) and 4 troopers were dining next to us, so I asked. Hahahahaha! It's a main source of revenue for the state. I followed an E46 M3 for a period of time, but once he exited, I was too nervous to continue at the same speed. Crazy.

If they ever go to laser, I definitely can't move here without a jammer. LOL!

However, I will say that it's dirt cheap to buy a 6,000 sq foot, brand new house down here. And of course, the golf... Ohhhh, the golf! I've been to Charlotte, but the other cities are nice. And the women... Yeah, there's great talent down here. I need to visit Chapel Hill next. Hahahahaha!

All the troopers must be in Raleigh. They're a rare sight around Charlotte. Yes, Lexington BBQ is world famous. Home prices depend on where you are. Water front on Lake Norman is expensive but a large house out in the country can be a bargain.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Y'all come back now, ya hear? We need the revenue.

Man up you puss - F the police!

Growing up in NYC I can say this about NC or any mostly rural state:

You don't want to live there unless you are absolutely tired of city life. Never been to Raleigh, but I did visit Charlotte. Nice town but its no NYC, DC, MIA or ATL.
