And BTW, the idea behind the PS was someone thought the extravagant amount asked by the private company to use the ring road (flat rate of 2.70euros) was too high - and therefore got "screwed"...
I guess it's high for just a ring road (imagine paying everytime you used the Brussels or Paris ring)..
