Things from China more expensive than from Germany

Interesting that I went to Costco Wholesale Store buying beer as my third-stage liquid (4 stages: milk, soft drink, beer, I.V.)of my life, and I found that Tsing Tao beer from China is $2-3 more expensive than German Beck's beer 
From this logic: things from China already so cheap, so things from Germany should be cheaper. Therefore, car from Germany will be cheaper than ones from China
Do we pay too much for BMW built in Germany 
or when Chinese car imported to US next year, it'll be more expensive than BMW
Just for fun. Don't take this seriously
