My Ride: 2005 545i Orient Blue
Not about an E60 but a neat story none the less. 
I think I've mentioned this before but my husband has a race truck, takes it to the track and runs the 1/4 mile. In any event, he also loves to race on the street and I just love to cheer him on.
In any event, we're coming home from an early dinner, on the expressway and a G35 pulls up. He especially loves beating cars because the truck is this big hunk of a barn, totally the opposite of anything aerodynamic. So, we drive through a pre-paid toll lane slowing down to get an even launch and man.. we just totally smoked the G35... he was not happy at all.. he wanted another race so off we went... while we were probably doing about 80-90 at this point, we didn't beat him but held him off.. the wind was just too much of an obstacle at this point for the truck.. but it was fun and beating that car was just awesome. 
Anyhow, just thought it was fun and wanted to share.

G35 smoked by a "big hunk of a barn".. Leave the racing to the "BIG" cars!! Would've been cool if you guys smoked him again on the 2nd run, it would've made him sell his car and buy a Hyundai!
