First of all. What an idiot shooting at iron plates with the 50 cal from that distance.
Also in the US, regardless of state, you cannot own a fully automatic rifle unless you have a class 3 license. It is a small fee to get and includes a background check etc...Arizona is gun friendly though!

Yes you need a class 3 license, but it depends on whether you can get the signature of the chief of law enforcement in your area.
Here in my county there are no Chief LEO that will sign off on a class 3 license.

Why? It's called the 3 G's. Girls, Guns and Golf. I have a 3G's guy trip every year and I've been thinking about buying some property there. Only problem is, I look Chexican when I'm tan and I'd probably get deported by accident. LOL!

My parents own 80 acres in Arizona...You can shoot just about anything there...Its great! I remember as a kid going to truck stops and seeing some crazy weapons sold! I believe my old man bought me a switch blade when I was like 14...Also you would see a lot of people carrying guns on their side!
