So while being a professional sports photographer sounds like a dream job, the reality is that its a lot of hard work and you NEVER have a weekend off. This is my seventh year shooting the Champ Car World Series at the international round held every year on the Gold Coast Australia.

The day before racing starts, there is the annual beach volleyball contest between the Miss Indy contestants and the Champ Car and V8 Supercar drivers.

There are occasions when being a sports photographer is a dream job - shooting the Lexmark Indy 300 on the Gold Coast of Australia is one of those events that I wait all year for...
