Nope, not getting paid. I'll email him. Nothing you can do really. All the images are public. I guess I'll make watermarks on the entire picture from now.
That's a good idea since you take great pics, you deserve to be compensated if they are going to use them.

That's just wrong ... Not to thread-jack, but this reminds me of AiB (Angel iBright) using my pictures on their website, 5 out of 8 pictures are of my cars. I need to go give them a call.

Using your picture without your consent for a commercial purpose is copyright infringement. Ebay is committing contributory infringement by allowing the picture to remain on tis website.
You should not tolerate this.
The best way to get the picture removed is to email and send a letter to Ebay informing them that: (1) you took the picture; (2) the seller on Ebay is using the picture without your consent; and (3) you demand that Ebay remove the picture immediately or you will commence legal action against Ebay for, among other things, contributory infringement and misappropriation.
It is highly likely that Ebay will respond by removing the picture. Trust me, sites like Ebay, who are themselves making money from these auctions, do not want to get sued for contributing to copyright infringement.
