Ya thats good but i dont have any witnesses or anything all i have is my word against his. The good thing is when i called the cops they sited him for not having the proper documentation in the car so he looks like a duche b/c he IS!!!!!

That's a drag. Obviously, you are angry and you have every right to be. Just try to stay calm when talking to the police and insurance company. Maybe the guy is a douche, but it's best not to say that on the record. You will garner much more respect by presenting yourself in a very controlled, detached manner. Cops and insurance companies simply do not weigh emotions when making decisions. Just a little advice. Good luck.

Thanks for the support guys. Ya i calmly made my insurance claim and phone interview. Cooler heads do prevail! I am getting over being mad although everytime i get in my car i get a little angry but it subsides. Getting my new nose and buying some presents for my baby get her back in tip top shape in no time
