My apartment complex used to take rather serious umbrage to abuse of the handicapped parking spaces. Parking without a permit usually lead to a bright orange piece of paper flypasted to the windscreen reading "Stupidity is not a Handicap. Don't park here again"

My wife has left notes on cars to the effect of 'Park much or just read about it?'

Definitely need to print-up a stack of "nice parking assbag" business cards... entirely too many bad parkers here.
