Sold my E60 but got a E39

My Ride: 2005 530i Individual, DVD Package, HUD, Bluetooth, Comfort Seats, SR, etc
I sold my BMW E60 530i Individual and kind of need to wait for my next car, so A friend of mine had a 1998 E39 523i with 39000 miles just sitting dust at his garage. I got it out, serviced and detailed it, now I am buying it from him and will turn it in to a project car, nothing too serious but I want to do the following
Halo Clear Lens Face Lift Head lights
Face Lift Rear Lights
M Package Front and Rear
M Spoiler
18" Wheels
M Steering Wheel
RePaint to Aspen Silver
Tinted Windows
Upgrade Stereo
Is there a side skirt offered by BMW for the E39? if so can anyone give me the part number?

i had a 97 528i 6speed blk on blk.... loved the car put alot of miles on it and hung in there... but i was in luv with the e60 so i had 2 trade up
