Trying to gather more players for a poker tourney in the SoCal area, exact location still TBC. It'll probably be on Saturday evening, 10/18. For now, if you're interested pls post here if you're interested.

The funniest part on that thread on the other forum is that none of those guys know how to play. How do people not know how to play Poker, Texas Hold 'em specifically, with WSP and WPT on TV all the time? It could be the greatest game of all time...next to Craps of course

It's possible to create private tournaments on Pokerstars (if you've accumulated 2000FPPs since joining and you email Pokerstars support to enable it). I'd love to do this, and take all you guy's money

Details here. It's not free - it's the usual 10% rake, but to be fair, you are using their servers.
Prob not going to happen for me as you'd all want to play at SoCal 8pm or something, and that's 4am for me

I usually play $20/$30/$50 SNG and MTTs on Stars or Party. Fairly casual player though, although made a profit so far. Played a little live too, but not profited there.
