So i was having dinner when the rumble came (5.0) and went to the kitchen and saw my e60 keys shake from side to side where i usually leave them hanging...glad wasn't strong enough to cause any damage or hurt anyone...

My wife and I were on the couch as well, when we felt it. We barely felt it in La Habra Heights.
I hope everyone is safe.

I was on the phone with a guy in SFV about getting some powder coating done when the quake hit, he felt it MUCH stronger than I did and I swear I heard things falling in the background of the phone call.

My TV wobbled a bit on the stand and the dog barked, last earthquake threw a mirror off the wall. I don't care what anyone says, earthquakes beat the hell out of tornadoes, hurricanes, islamic extremists, or any other major natural disaster.

islamic extremists are not a "natural disaster"

here in new york we dont really get hurricanes, never a tornado tsunami or earthquake or any other "natural disaster" ny pretty much rocks! IMO

sorry to anyone who did experience the earthquake.. i guess if your used to them its not so bad.. it sounds so scary to me, i saw it on the news that it caused mudslides.. hope no one we know was hurt..
