I dislocated my shoulder some months back and decided that surgery would be best. The surgeon told me that I had a 50% chance of it happening again and a 3% chance after surgery. Needless to say it was a no brainer. I had an open bankart in the front with some exploratory surgery as well and he went in arthoscopically in the back. The "Game Ready" is basically a high tech icepack. You fill it up with ice and water and turn it on. There are three settings and the are wonderful! I think it works better than actual narcotics.

I am a Ninja!

See...

It hurts... That is all.

good luck with your recovery tony

open bankhart: man that must have been some serious instability you had in there, but that's the right way to do it, I've seen far fewer cases of re-dislocation with open vs. arthroscopic...

enjoy that gameready, it's a god sent

good luck with your PT..if you have any q's let me know

Right shoulder huh? Wonder what you were doing to dislocate it

BTW I didn't know they go in through the shoulder for penal reduction

Anyway, dood, jokes aside, hope you recover quickly - cuz ya know, pornhub gets updates daily, you're missing good stuff No, seriously, man, enjoy the good drugs... crap, I'm just terrible at this, bro. So here's what I got to tell ya: GET WELL SOON! And yo, brave to go in - I think most people would've chickened out and just took their chances, or maybe "take it easy" on that shoulder from now on. You went and got it corrected, now hopefully, you'll be back to 110% in no time! Take care, Tony! God bless
