I think that this is a poor place for politics, I know you placed this in the Lounge but it looks like a promo message , Being Canadian , I have a strong political opinion on several world issues but somehow this feels wrong here, sorry (very Canadian) IMHO

well with all respect to your given opinion, I must say this is anything goes in here. Right? If I posted in the main forums then you might consider it spam, so wether or not you like I guess you have to sort of listen.
and p.s, you wont be "canadian" much longer when we all get our national ID cards and we're buying with the same "amero" that would kind of suck aye?

I do not want this board even in the Lounge to be a political platform for any party or person. We will hear enough crap until th election next year. This place I feel is a sanctuary from all that. Especially considering many of the most devoted members here are not in the States.
