So I am trying to buy my first house and clearly want to free up as many funds as possible...my mortgage broker looked at me cross eyed when she saw my car payment 
haha...
Anyways, I called BMW Finacial Svcs and refinanced my loan for the SAME term, lower rate, 2k down and it lowered my payment by almost 200 bucks! ...I know that to some, thats not a lot, but I was thrilled!
