Where I go usually to meet some grade A whores: Opium, Bed, Crobar. Then get a cab and tell the guy to go to Space and the strip club across the street. Trust me, youll have a great time.

Best restaurant, IMHO, in Miami is Barton G. I believe it is on West St. and we never fail to go at least a couple times a year. Also check out Haulover Beach in N. Miami. It's a clothing optional beach and sometimes the scenery is more than worth the visit.

Make sure you eat at this one place in the airport - La Carreta. They have locations elsewhere in Miami, but it's probably the best airport food on the planet. Good stick-to-your-ribs Cuban food!

+1 for La Carreta. If you have never had Cuban food you have not lived. Actually try as much food from the different cultures as you can: Puerto Rican, Colombian, Jamaican, Haitian. By the way that includes the women...

I go there every year for the winter music conference and anywhere near the north side of ocean st. is awesome. Check out club space (downtown) or nikki beach, or anywhere near lincoln and collins there's some nice clubs. Pretty much everything Xex mentioned like Crobar, and bed is really fun.
