Best of luck. Take care of yourself in recovery. Take it slow. Pushing yourself works on muscle training, not on back recovery!

The e60 ride can be harsh but fun,
But while you're out on surgery, it can't run.

Don't worry, we'll can take care of you e60 in the car pouch
As long as your surgery will just be a little ouch!
Can't wait to have you back riding and chatting
cause' sitting around after surgery is only fattening.

Hoping that you will have a speedy recovery,
Or else we'll all feel misery.
