I wonder why the driver who hit him, fled the sceene? I assume he would have not been in trouble for killing him on the freeway if we was walking, but feeing the sceene will make his situation bad, isn't it? Can he repair the car without being cought?

This is mad... I guess if he would have been stayed at the scene he would have walked away clean from this...

Maybe didn't want the police to notice that he was impaired, had a car full of drugs, outstanding warrants, no insurance......
