My Ride: 2008 528i 6MT, Sport Pkg, Prem Pkg, sprint booster, ram air, BMC filter.
North Korea doesn't have anything else on the table. They don't have any other play but to put the Nuclear arms in their agenda. NK is trying to get some attention but their military is weak and their capabilities are far less superior.
Iran is not even close to harnessing nuclear for WMD use but the US and UK are all over it. That's becuase there's a potential for Iran to get it off the ground. And this by the way, with Iran saying they just need nuclear for energy.
Here comes NK who outright goes out and says we have the weapons are we'll use it. If that were true, don't you think that we would have done something to NK by now regardless of what protection China offers? The US administration issues statements because the world expects it. That's all we do with some sanctions that we threaten NK with.

NK has nukes and WILL use them, that's why we can really go in and wage war. Whereas w/ Iraq they don't have them so we're not afraid to go in and cause a ruckus.
