My Ride: 10 Honda Fit Sport, 10 Honda Pilot Touring
Let me get this straight. I have to drive this M3 at high speeds around this track all day? I only get a one hour break, then I have to drive this M3 around the track at high speeds again till evening? OK, if I must.

Their shift is 10 hours.
Two drivers:
Testdriver
Engineer
Both drive an hour, than switch. While one drives, the other one checks the data and makes the paperwork.
If you wanna have the job... it takes years to get there.

Not just a drivers license, an internal BMW M drivers license too. You need to prove that you can control the car, even at high speeds and at the limits.
I guess I'll go back to testing my wifes patience then....
