Is it April 1st already?

So, the next thing is, all bikers need to constantly ring their bells and other pedestrians are required to whistle while on public streets?

I think it'd be cool to drive a Prius with a 1000 watt sound system pumping out the exhaust sound of a wide-open M5

Give them all studded tires and make all bicyclists put a baseball cards on their spokes. Now we only need a solution for the Little Rascals scooters.

I have to say, on many occasions, I've observed a visually impaired gentleman crossing a busy intersection by himself with only the aid of his cain, close to my home. I can't imagine how disastrous it would be if he wasn't able to hear a an electric vehicle coming and decided to step onto the street and get hit.

A lot of us here on the forum are looking for the perfect sporty sounding exhaust (some even obnoxiously loud) for our E60's - why should we care if there is a law mandating a certain level of noise coming from a hybrid vehicle - even if only for the protection of visually impaired people?
