In just the last two days, I've won the "Microsoft lottery" and the "Irish lottery". Both requesting responses to some one off internet address.
The Irish Lottery had a nice email attached to it signed by a Reverend. I coundn't help myself, so I responded to this one and said "hey Reverend, someone's going to Hell for this one". Still waiting for a response.

It's random spam. Millions of people worldwide would have got this. The fact you own a BMW is irrelevant and a random coincidence. The people sending the email don't know you own a BMW, let alone when you bought your BMW. Unless you replied of course.
