It's likely that they may be blocking most proxies as well...

Look for a proxy list on google. Change the settings in firefox to use proxy enter in the IP, and port number, and it will tunnel thru the proxy IP thus bypassing the e60.net block.

Here you go.
Pick a proxy from here. Server IP and port, choose one thats port 80

Then follow this guide from step #3 on using the proxy you got from that list.
