Exactly, that's the way I also do my shopping.
But somehow I always manage to spend around $80/$100 on a pair of khaki's instead of the $33 proposed.

So true, but time = money, so in my case of $21/hr (intern salary) this scenerio puts me at 1 pair of pants ($33.00), plus $70.00 earned, so overall I've got a new pair of pants and $37.00 in my pocket. Whereas the ladies are now out $876 for clothing, plus money lost due to time wasted of $72.10, for a grand total of $948.10. With these numbers, men are now earning $0.18 per minute, whereas women are spending $4.60 per minute.
