Time will fly by fast and you'll have your car in no time! I've yet to see a 528i M sport here in Taipei... every car I see is either 520d, 523i, 530, or M5.
Yeah, I hope my wheel situation improves...

I've discovered that the 528i is sold in 3 markets. The U.S., Canada, and Korea. That's it. In Korea we get the 520i, 528i, 528i M Sport, 530i, 550i, and the M5. The prices however are ridiculous. Not as bad as places like Singapore or Thailand, but much more than the U.S. I heard that car prices in Taiwan are pretty steep too. BMW Korea let me drive a 528i for about a week before I ordered my car. I have to admit, for Korean traffic conditions, the 528i is more than sufficient. When BMW Korea first lent me the car, I thought it would be under-powered, but I was pleasantly surprised. Other than a slight 'lag' in power during initial acceleration, the car in general was great! That's why I ordered one! There are a lot of 528i in Seoul. The block of the apartment complex that I live in has 3 normal 528i and 2 M Sport models. Every time I see a M5, I wish I had 'balls' to fork out the US$169k admission price in Korea for it!

Yep, I was going to get a 525i but decided to go with the 520d after a few test drives -- really like the torque and there's no way one can go fast here in Taipei anyways so... There's an M5 on my street as well but the owner keeps wanting to sell it since gas has gone up alot, he doesn't even feel good driving it anymore.... Oh well.
One of my neighbors has a silver M5 with the full AC Schnitzer mods, but it's parked most of the time too. Most of the time, he drives his Hyundai Veracruz diesel SUV. He gripes about gas prices too!
The 520d is a great car! Lots of torque! Which is what your really need for in town driving. Plus you get great mileage!
