What I thinks is it dose not matter how good your tools are, in the end it all down to the driver.

No, a Ferrari employee was seemingly offering information, and got caught. Other than the suspended employee, there is no suggestion at present that any info actually found its way to McLaren or was incorporated into any McLaren car.

Not really.

Stepney met Coughlan and offered information. Sensitive information! Both know each other pretty well, they have been working together before (Benetton). Stepney was mad at his team for not giving him the promotion he was waiting for (Brawns job). After their meet, McLaren became a winning team in this season and now is the leader. Coincidence? I don't think so, and obviously the two involved teams don't think so either.
Stepney is guilty in giving away sensitive and classified information, Coughlan is guilty of taking the infos and work with them.
BOTH, Ferarri AND McLaren, were cheating! Well, actually only one employee of each team was...
